For those of you who frequent the site, you might have noticed that it looks much different. For many of you this is your first time coming to the site, and that is precisely the reason we have overhauled our “web presence.”
Before you read anything else, please soak this in: Anything we do with social media, the web, etc. is only to better connect us as a ministry, grow us as a community, and serve others in our area and to the ends of the earth.
Some of the new aspects include:
fwcm.org/live
- This is where we will be broadcasting our service LIVE every Sunday morning at 10:15 when we meet for College Hour. That way, whether you are studying abroad and not able to attend church, sick in bed, or a plethora of other reasons for not being able to make it on Sunday morning you can still take part in our service. This is not to discourage you from coming, but rather to encourage you to come fellowship with us regularly! We also will “live tweet” the service which then automatically gives you a place to go back to in order to catch anything you might have missed (even if you aren’t on Twitter).
Community Blog
- Another difference is that we are introducing a community blog where we can catch glimpses of things happening in our ministry that we don’t always have time to communicate to one another. We’ll have blog posts from Small Group leaders, from people participating in various ministries (Home-bound, Inner City Ministry, etc), and from others so that we can hear awesome testimonies of Christ’s work in the life of our ministry.
Social Media
- Whether we like to admit it or not, social media takes up a sizable portion of our lives because of how much of today’s society revolves around the Internet. Instead of letting these resources go to waste, we plan to use them for the edification of each other’s lives with daily reminders of God’s love for us and the people of this world.
________
There are certainly other things which are new, but we hope you find this website to be a quality resource that encourages you to fellowship with the people involved at FWCM.
Love the Gospel // Live the Gospel

Loving the site and the additions! Great job by all! I’ve tried to tune in live from Iraq on Sunday mornings, but I don’t have the bandwidth…
Eager to worship with you all in person… Fall 2010!
Jeremy & Jessica
Looking forward to have you guys with us!
